in making your selections and decisions. Arts & Letters offers personalized
service from friendly and experienced professionals who love what they do and
are passionate about guiding you through this fun process. We welcome your calls
and emails anytime.
There is no order minimum.
Turnaround Time
Turnaround time is based on several factors such as the manufacturer of the product,
whether a proof is required or requested and where the order ships from. Typically,
most products are received within 4-10 business days but turnaround time will
increase slightly during the holiday season, mid-October through the end of December.
If you are concerned about getting your order in time, please contact
us before
ordering. We can let you know how much time your order should take or provide
you with an express shipping quote.
Shipping Charges and Sales Tax
We charge a flat rate for shipping based upon the amount of your order. You will
only be charged sales tax if you live in the state of Ohio.
Payment Methods
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Personal checks are welcome. If you
choose to pay by check, your order will be processed once your check is received.
Canceling/Changes to an Order
We try to process your order very quickly so, if you wish to cancel or make changes
to your order, please contact us as soon as possible after the order has been
placed so that we may contact the manufacturer. If the order has already been
processed by the manufacturer, we will be unable to change or cancel your order.
Return Policy
We only carry products that meet our strict quality standards and expect you’ll
be extremely satisfied with your purchase. Since personalized items cannot be
re-sold, we can only accept returns if you received an incorrect item, if there
is an error in the personalization, or if the item is defective. We encourage
you to inspect your merchandise upon receipt, as returns can only be accepted
within 30 days of delivery.
If an error is made by Arts & Letters or the manufacturer, the order will
be re-printed and shipped to you as soon as possible, at no cost to you. If a
mistake is made by the customer, the order will be re-printed at a discounted
rate and shipped as soon as possible. Shipping charges will apply.
Please Note: When a customer approves a proof for
any custom stationery item, any reprint charges due to overlooked errors
are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Monogram Etiquette
Classic 3-letter monograms feature the last name initial largest and
in the center.
When ordering a monogrammed item for an individual, the correct order
of the initials is First, Last, Middle.
Ex: Stephanie Ann Jones would be monogrammed SJA
When ordering a monogrammed item for a couple, the correct order of
the initials is Her First, Their Last, His First.
Ex: Stephanie and Matthew Jones would be monogrammed SJM
